In this series, you'll work on improving your balance through core work as well as mobility and strengthening actions for your joints. You'll also change up the surfaces you're balancing on and add different loads to inform how your hold yourself up in different positions and in different situations.

Fridays at 2pm from September 3rd through October 22nd.
