The things you probably want to know about Movement for a Healthy Core

Hey Reader,

I've gotten a bunch of questions about the Movement for a Healthy Core program so I figured it might be helpful to answer them all here for you to better help you decide if this program is the right one for you right now.

NUMBER 1: Is this program specifically designed to heal prolapse, pelvic floor issues, or diastasis recti?

Answer: No. It's not. However, most of the 35 practices in the Yoga for a Healthy Core program are safe for those are are working to recover from any heath issues sustained during pregnancy, labor, and delivery -- and including those big 3.
There are a few practices that might need modification or to avoid completely, depending on the needs of your own body.
To help best support you within this program, I created a few videos with tips for modifying so you are not exacerbating your prolapse, pelvic floor health concerns, or diastasis. I also included a bonus video for a really fantastic breathing technique to support your pelvic floor.
Additionally, if you need further modifications, I am always happy to offer audio support/instructions via voxxer or create a video with modifications.

NUMBER 2: Do I have to do every single practice every single day? What about rest days? What if I am traveling? What if I get sick or injured?

Answer: No, you do not have to practice every single day. I created this program to make it easier for you to have a daily practice if you choose that because you have a practice for every single day.
However, I also made it easy for you to simply practice on the days that work best for you because I have a practice available to you every single day. So I take the guess work out and the stress of, "what do I do today?"
Finally, you can take rest days if you need them.
You can move at your own pace.
You can choose how many emails you receive (an email daily with the daily class and habit tips OR one email weekly with all of the classes of the week).
While I lay the foundation for what to do, you get to chart your own course.

NUMBER 3: Why all the different pricing options?

Answer: I chose 3 pricing options to reflect the different financial budgets people might have. I want this program to be affordable and accessible, while also acknowledging the massive amount of work I put into it.

NUMBER 4: How long do I have access to these videos?

Answer: As long as you have access to the emails I send -- or as long as you have the link to the page with all of the videos. So basically, forever. You never need to repurchase unless you want to have guided accountability again and if you do, you won't have to pay the full amount.
