I used to feel that way, too. I assumed the only way to practice yoga or workout was to get at minimum solid 30 minutes on my mat. If I wasn't sweating, it wasn't satisfying.
Then I had a kid. And then 2 more.
Every once in awhile I could manage a longer practice, but somedays I had to make do with 5 or 10.
I taught myself how to make the most of the time I have, whether it's 30 minutes or 5.
I want to make it easier for you, too.
I created ONE EASY FLOW, a 6-minute practice that is simple, strong, and satisfying. Once you get into a good groove, you can move through this flow multiple times and feel like you got enough movement for the day.
